For the second consecutive year, Convert Group was certified by the Great Place to Work® Institute
In only 5 years since its establishment, the Greek company becomes a global innovator, and at the same time manages to foster one of the best working environments in the country.
Convert Group, a data-driven Consultancy in eBusiness, Omnichannel Retail and Digital Transformation was named one of the 25 companies that foster the best working environments in Greece.
This major certification was awarded for the 2nd consecutive year, while the Company’s overall ranking has significantly improved.
The research was conducted by the Great Place To Work® Institute which operates in 45 countries and evaluates millions of employees’ working environments. The process is mainly implemented on confidential, anonymous questionnaires, which are directly forwarded by the Great Place to Work® Institute to the companies’ personnel, but also on Culture Audit, which is conducted by specialized HR scientists. The evaluation criteria include management reliability, sense of pride, camaraderie, intra-corporate justice, and the sense of respect among peers.
Convert Group excelled in all of the above criteria, thanks to the actions taken up and the perks granted, such as 20% more leave of absence, no emails after 8pm and during the weekends, 64 hours of training per year for each employee, private insurance, chair massage, possibility to work from home, field trips, museum visits and other events. All these practices aim not only to develop a family environment, but to also boost a sense of satisfaction within the workplace.
“This year, we celebrate 5 years since the establishment of the company, and every day we feel more proud of our colleagues and of the culture we continually generate”, stated Panayotis Gezerlis, CEO of Convert Group, on this special occasion for Convert Group.
