Convert Group was certified by the Great Place to Work® International Institute as one of the 25 companies that foster the best working environment in Greece. This great achievement takes place for the third time in a row, despite our firm existing less than 7 years, and doubling our headcount in 2019 with talented engineers, data scientists, consultants and analysts. We also take pride in our Greek ownership, as 19 out of the 25 companies recognized as a Best Workplace™ are global multinationals or foreign-owned.
There is no magic formula for becoming a great place to work, instead, it involves working together, through constant change, and matching the personal dreams and ambitions of our people with the aspirations of the company. We share common values and create a culture of togetherness and integrity which we are obsessed with. Our practices aim not only to create a family environment, but also to build a workplace that inspires the best and brightest talents: bringing our kids and pets at work, 20% extra time off, quiet email period after 8pm, free lunch on Thursdays and snack & fruits on a daily basis, private insurance plan, remote working once per week for all, company trips, well-being activities like office stretching, self-defense courses, office massage and many more.
Panayotis and Elena, Convert Group co-partners, comment on:
“We’re honored and know it would not have been possible without our incredibly engaged Converters who give their best every day. While we are growing in 10 countries and evolving continuously, we are keeping one constant: our determination to maintain the Convert Group family we started.”
The US-based Great Place to Work® International Institute recognizes the very best employers worldwide, shining a spotlight on the companies that are fostering high-trust workplace cultures. The process is based on confidential, anonymous questionnaires, which are directly forwarded by the Institute to the company’s employees, but also on a Culture Audit by specialized HR executives. The evaluation criteria are: fairness, credibility, pride, camaraderie, respect. Participants are encouraged to be open and honest, making the results really meaningful.
