This innovative solution, a first not only in Greece but also internationally, provides suppliers with near real-time access to omni-channel market data (covering both physical stores and e-commerce). The service offers highly accurate insights into customer insights, along with automated, AI-driven recommendations designed to create opportunities for mutual growth between retailers and suppliers—all while fully adhering to data privacy regulations.
Starting today, the collaboration between My Market and their suppliers is expanded with the following features available via the Advanced KAD platform:
- Detailed Data Access: Suppliers can access highly granular data, even at the SKU level for competing products, with updates available up to just two days prior.
- Channel-Specific Insights: Data is segmented by store location, region, and sales channel (e.g., online vs. in-store, Skroutz sales breakdown, etc.).
- Daily Stock Level Alerts: Suppliers receive daily updates on product availability, identifying stock shortages in specific stores.
- Promotion Performance Tracking: AI algorithms analyze the effectiveness of both online and offline promotional campaigns, measuring the additional sales value generated.
- Basket Analysis: This feature helps identify cross-selling opportunities, category affinities, bundling potential, and missed sales opportunities.
- Automated Alerts: Real-time notifications highlight issues such as declining sales for specific SKUs or new growth opportunities.
- Sales Decomposition Analysis: Automated reports break down the key drivers of growth and decline in sales, including price, volume, and product mix, providing suppliers with deeper insights for more informed decision-making.
- Shopping Mission Analytics: Gain insights into consumer shopping behavior to refine product offerings and enhance the shopping experience.
- Consumer Journey and E-Merchandising Insights: This feature provides a deep dive into how customers interact with online products, from browsing to purchase.

Suppliers can access the Advanced KAD service through commercial agreements with Convert Group.
