Katerina Tseva has joined Convert Group as a Human Resources Director. Her main focus will be the well-being of the teams and the development of all Converters, along with recruiting top talent for the firm’s international expansion.
With almost two decades of experience in Human Resources, Katerina held key positions in Consumer Healthcare, Technology, Financial and Staffing multinationals. Prior to joining Convert Group, she was the HR Business Partner in Boehringer Ingelheim. Before that, she held Talent Acquisition & Development positions at Upstream, Microsoft, Eurobank and Adecco Group.

Katerina is 43 years old, has a Degree in Economics and a Masters in Organizational Psychology from Panteion University. She is married with 2 children.
