Athens, 5 December 2018: Nielsen, a leading company both at a global and at a national level in measuring the offline Supermarket channel, and Convert Group, an innovative company, specialized in measuring the online Supermarkets and ePharmacies channels, have mutually agreed to a strategic partnership in order to assess synergies within the Greek market.
Under the present agreement, both companies add value to the services offered to their Greek clientele with measurable gains: namely, the holistic approach both to the offline and to the online channel of Supermarkets for Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCGs)
This partnership will initially result in the preparation of the annual report for the year 2018, which will include data on the performance of physical and electronic Supermarkets, presenting a global aspect of the retail sector in Greece, as well as comparisons on the performance of different categories/companies/products within those channels. This annual report will be available as of today and until the end of December, and will be tailored to the needs and the categories of each FMCG company wishing to order it.
